STAGE 1

Free Design Consultation

The first step is a completely free virtual, or telephone chat to start understanding your vision and goals. Just pick up the phone or drop us a message. Don't be afraid - we are family friendly, here to guide you through the process and get excited with you, for your new project!

We work on project from £50,000 upwards, provide the exact same attention to detail and feel that every project should have that grand design feel but maybe not on the grand design budget

STAGE 2

On-site Design Consultation

You can also opt for a chargeable on-site design consultation where we meet at the property. Together we look at areas such as planning, buildability, design ideas, cost and your wish-list. We want to know every aspect of your project so we can then summarise and advise on your options and feasibility moving forward. We can also offer advice on our fees moving forward through the next stages. Our fee’s are fixed and broken down to each stage making everything clear and transparent. If you decide to go ahead and work with us, the design consultation cost will be deducted from fees at the next stage.

STAGE 3

The Home Survey

Once we have agreed on your project scope, we will need to survey your home or the build site, to produce a set of existing drawings which will form part of the planning application package.

STAGE 4

Design Proposal

We put a full design proposal together. This will include the 2D floorplans, but also access to a virtual reality environment, so you can see how the end design will look, and experience how the space feels. We will take onboard any comments, answer any questions and look to incorporate your feedback to create the final planning package ready for submission.

STAGE 5

Planning

Planning will be submitted on your behalf and we handle any queries during the application process until a decision is made.

STAGE 6

Drawings and Tender

Following the planning approval we then delve further into the detail in order for us to produce a set of drawings that are compliant with building regulations as well as a full package of information that can be sent to builders for pricing. The latter is called the tender process.

STAGE 7

Project Costings

The tender process is where we issue the detailed drawings and information package to a select few builders in order to obtain competitive costs for the build. We will review all costs once received, value engineer these costs alongside the project aims and your budget, so that we can then select a builder, agree a contract, schedule of works and start date.

STAGE 8

Project Management

We will manage your project as far as you require, including progress against the programme schedule, dealing with any matters that may arise during the project and monitoring any changes and associated costs.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
